Job Description |
As a business partner for each service line, we design, evaluate, and manage human resources systems. We work with divisional leader partners, human resources leaders, and global teams to expand our knowledge of human resources both domestically and internationally, and to propose and operate them. We also frequently exchange information with HRBPs in other service divisions (audits, etc.), and collaborate with recruitment, training, and management divisions. Job Requirements |
■3+ years of experience in any of the following -5+ years of experience working as a HR generalist or HRBP in a company with 300+ employees -Experience in establishing and implementing new HR systems in a company with 300+ employees -Experience in negotiating and coordinating with management-level or above on the business side -Basic understanding of labor laws -Experience in handling labor issues (dealing with problem employees, dealing with employees on leave, etc.) -Experience in HR consulting ■Experience and knowledge you will want to have -Project/program management experience -Experience in managing personnel evaluations -Business-level English skills |

Paid leave 20 days per year based on September 1st, pro rata based on when you joined the company in the first year.
