You will be in charge of labor affairs in the HR department.
First, we will decide on the duties you will be responsible for based on your aptitude and experience.

・Employee benefits, childcare leave, defined contribution pension and retirement benefits
Finally
・Attendance management (flextime, discretionary work, telework, measures for long working hours, etc.)
・Salary increases, salary management
・Salary, bonus calculation, resident tax, year-end tax adjustment
・Dealing with labor unions, labor-management negotiations, labor consultations, etc.
・Review of the HR management system
