Job Description We support the smooth business operations of the entire group from a human resources perspective by working with the head office back office departments such as labor and general affairs, the investment and business management department, and each group company.

As our overseas business expands in the future, it is urgent for the head office human resources department to strengthen its knowledge of overseas correspondence, so we are looking for new colleagues to strengthen our global human resources system.

[Job Description]

You will be involved in building and operating systems in the area of human resources related to overseas business expansion. The main duties are as follows.

● Establishment and operation of a system for managing expatriates

• Labor management and salary handling (including overseas salary)

• Various support before, during and after expatriation (return procedures, health and safety, support for accompanying persons, etc.)

• Preparation of regulations (for overseas employees)

● Strengthening governance and compliance for overseas group companies

• Working with HR and business managers of overseas subsidiaries to grasp necessary information and plan and execute responses

• Establishment and operation of a monitoring system for legal amendments, etc.

* Possibility of short-term and long-term (approximately 3 months) overseas business trips (mainly to Australia)

* Depending on the business cycle, you may be responsible for some HR tasks for domestic group companies.

-Business level English skills
-Experience in global human resources (communication in English with overseas bases)
-More than 5 years of practical experience in domestic human resources work (including "minimum" knowledge and skills in payroll calculations and social insurance procedures)
-Basic PC skills (Google Office Tools app, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Welcome skills
-General knowledge and experience in human resources and labor at listed companies, group companies, and companies with subsidiaries
-Experience in managing expatriates
-General knowledge and experience in labor at venture companies
-Communication and negotiation skills
-Management and leadership experience
