As we expand our global business, we are looking for someone who can lead global human resources planning as part of strengthening our overseas organization. This position will involve building a cross-border human resources management system and promoting the globalization of the entire group.



Job description

[Position overview]

As a member of the human resources department, you will be responsible for planning and promoting work that utilizes your expertise in overseas human resources. You will also be a member of the Global Human Resources Development Center, a mixed team of overseas business and human resources departments, and will be involved in promoting projects.

[Mission]

We will develop human resources and create an environment that will contribute to the expansion of our global business, and support the globalization of the entire group from a human resources perspective.

Specific duties

<Work in the HR department>
• Establishing systems for overseas assignments and strengthening operational structures
• Planning and establishing HR and compensation systems for overseas local subsidiaries
• Sharing information and sharing knowledge with overseas HR personnel
• Planning and managing global human resource development measures

<Work in the Global Human Resources Development Center>
• Planning and managing global human resource recruitment measures
• Designing and implementing global skill development support programs
• Promoting reward systems and work environment improvement projects for overseas businesses

• Responsible for building the foundation to support global expansion, mainly supporting overseas assignees and collaborating with local subsidiaries.

<Global Human Resources Development Center>
• A special organization jointly composed of overseas businesses and the HR department. There are almost no assigned tasks, and the work style is project-based, with tasks set and carried out as a team.
•We also handle initiatives such as international recruiting events, and the scope of our work is expanding year by year.
•We have flexible team structures, and roles and participating members change for each project.

•A hybrid work system has been introduced that combines teleworking and coming to the office. You can work flexibly according to your individual lifestyle and work style.

•Digital tools such as online meetings and chats are used as work tools, so work can be carried out smoothly even in remote locations.

•There will be daily interactions with staff from overseas corporations, and work will not be limited to Japan. There is also a possibility of overseas business trips.
Working Hours 10:00-18:00 (actual working hours: 7 hours)
*Flextime system (standard working hours per day: 7 hours) is available.
Job
Requirements
[Required]
- Experience of studying abroad or living abroad locally, or practical experience related to global business for 3 years or more
- Experience in HR in the global department of a Japanese company or HR practical experience in a foreign company for 5 years or more
- Business level or higher English ability (TOEIC 900 or above or equivalent to EIKEN Grade 1) * Ability is emphasized over score
- Experience in management or project management of a team of 5 or more people

[Preferred]
- Experience working in an entertainment-related company
- Knowledge and experience of legal affairs related to HR
- Qualifications such as certified public accountant (including those who have passed the exam), tax accountant (including those who have passed the subject), and bookkeeping certification

[Desired talent]
- Those with a strong interest and experience in HR and global work
- Experience related to HR work in a global company
- Practical or business experience in English
- Those who are good at negotiating and coordinating with foreign companies and multinational personnel
- Those who can act proactively and tenaciously even in a fast-paced environment and an environment with many uncertainties
