Planning to realize the plan

Qualifications (required)

■Manager/Leader
Those with any of the following experience

Experience as a mid-career recruitment manager/leader
Experience leading a sales organization and achieving outstanding results
Experience achieving outstanding results in the human resources industry in a position such as a career advisor/recruiting advisor
In addition, those with [management perspective] + [advanced recruitment skills] or [advanced sales skills]

(Example)
[Management perspective]

Experience as a manager or division manager regardless of company size
[Advanced recruitment skills]

Experience defining the company's state several years from now and formulating a recruitment plan based on the business plan
Communication skills and leadership to attract diverse talent

[Advanced sales skills]

Experience in scenario-based Experience in achieving results in highly challenging sales based on role-playing and sales member training

Experience in mid-career recruitment
Experience in achieving outstanding results as a salesperson, such as top sales

Qualifications for application (preferred)
Experience in recruiting engineers or supporting the recruitment of engineers
Experience in achieving certain results through direct recruiting
Experience in accelerating referral recruitment by involving the company
Experience in global recruitment and business-level English skills
Experience in creating PR materials such as interviews
Experience in industries related to keywords such as IT, SaaS, consulting firms, manufacturing, and trading companies
Salary Depends on experience   
Holidays ・2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
・Annual paid leave (granted after 6 months with the company)
・Special paid leave upon joining the company (granted 3 days upon joining the company)
・Summer leave (3 days, can be taken freely between July and December)
・New Year's holiday
・Nursing/care leave (up to 4 days per year) *pets are also included
