Job Description |
Background of recruitment As the number of employees at overseas subsidiaries has increased and the role of Global HR has expanded, we plan to increase the number of staff and change the structure to a "country-specific system" where each member is responsible for the subsidiary in their assigned country. Mission of the organization The mission is to accelerate overseas business from a human resources perspective and maximize the productivity of overseas subsidiaries. Specific duties Promote the overall human resources (recruitment, organizational development, labor) of overseas subsidiaries in Thailand and Singapore. As a Global HR (overseas subsidiary management/Thailand/Singapore), you will be entrusted with the following tasks. ▼ Duties to be assigned immediately after joining the company [Labor management] You will be responsible for the following tasks and increase your knowledge of the laws and corresponding tasks of each country. Payroll calculations Management of new acquisition/renewal of travel visas Responding to joining and leaving the company Group insurance procedures [Organizational development/human resources development] Through the following tasks, you will identify local organizational issues and implement countermeasures. Conducting engagement surveys for each subsidiary Holding 1-on-1 meetings with local members ▼Future duties [Recruitment] Based on the situation and results after joining the company, your responsibilities will be expanded to the following tasks in the future. Managing recruitment agents (holding meetings and information sessions, etc.) Screening documents and conducting interviews, managing recruitment progress Attractiveness of this position ・Because both the business and organization overseas are in the start-up phase, you can deepen and execute your knowledge of the HR field broadly without being limited to your field or role. ・There are abundant precedents and knowledge in the HR department at the head office, so you can effectively utilize them to achieve both "quality" and "speed," which will lead to both giving back to the subsidiary and your own growth. ・You will be able to interact closely with management and sales sites and be involved in decision-making. ・Under the culture of "utilizing our strengths and coming together" and "valuing gratitude and excitement," which is valued throughout the company, you will be able to work in collaboration with many other departments. Organizational structure The Global HR group consists of a manager and several members. (There are also several local HR staff in the Philippines.) Thailand and Singapore will be handled by the manager and new members. |

Job Requirements |
■Qualifications (required) Those who have all of the following skills and experience -Business level or higher English proficiency (CEFR B2 level or higher) -Global HR-related experience (emphasis on experience in labor-related work such as visa applications/organizational development experience) -Ability to find/build relationships with key people in other departments (section managers/department managers and above) and involve/promote -Knowledge of basic Excel functions ■Qualifications (preferred) -Experience in labor-related work (payroll calculations, social insurance, attendance management, travel visa applications, etc.) ■Desired personality -A person with a desire to grow and a mindset that continues to take on challenges -A person with a mindset that can flexibly respond to fast-paced changes -A person who can communicate constructively with a diverse range of people and build relationships |
