Job Description [Job Summary]
As a Medical Network Manager, you will be responsible for supporting relationships with medical institutions in our network in Okinawa or Iwakuni. This position is part of the "Medical Record Collection Team" and plays a key role in interacting directly with medical institution personnel, understanding how they operate, and working to improve services and resolve issues.

This position requires a customer-centric perspective, a deep understanding of processes and operations, and the ability to educate stakeholders on systems and processes. You will also have the ability to work with senior stakeholders at medical institutions and clients to influence and drive decision-making.

[Major Duties]
- Manage partnerships with new medical institutions and understand their preferences and requirements as program participants.
- Provide regular status reports to internal and external clients.
- Educate stakeholders on policies and self-service mechanisms for medical record and claim submission.
- Propose strategies for optimizing medical record submission, including electronic health record (EHR) migration, and provide ongoing support to medical providers.
- Manage daily relationships in your area and address local needs.
- Identify client or provider concerns and coordinate or implement resolutions, including billing, credentialing, and on-site evaluations.
- Provide feedback on provider support materials.

Requirements		 - Experience providing services in a B2B environment (corporate sales experience), senior account management, and program management.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, providers, suppliers, and internal teams and independently produce results.

- Able to drive.
