・General duties related to marine import/export operations ・Negotiations with shipping companies, transportation companies, and other partner companies for bookings, etc. ・Quotations, follow-up, and tracking of import/export cargo (including correspondence with overseas companies) ・Customer support, handling of complaints ・Entering and managing cargo information into the company's internal system ・Requesting customs clearance from customs brokers ・Issuing invoices |
