Job Description We provide delivery route optimization systems for logistics companies and ride-sharing apps for local governments and transportation companies. You will be responsible for supporting our customers in using and continuing to use our services.

[Major duties]

- Onboarding training/launch support

- Customer success/customer support

- Proposing other solutions based on customer issues

- Answering customer inquiries, submitting reports, proposing service improvements, etc.

You will analyze and identify problems related to system operations in Japan, and propose and solve them to the Singapore team. English will be used in your work, so you will be able to utilize your English skills.

Customers: Municipalities, government agencies, transportation companies such as buses and taxis, logistics companies, etc.

Requirements
[MUST]
- Experience in sales, customer success, or other corporate customer negotiations
- Business level English skills
- Excellent schedule management skills and the ability to perform multitasking tasks
- Able to build good relationships with various stakeholders

- Experience working in the logistics and transportation industry
