Job Description |
[Specific duties] ■Domestic orders, shipping arrangements, and delivery note issuance (all digital) - 400 orders per month (20-30 orders per day), order entry, shipping instructions to warehouse, etc. *Use of ERP system (SAP) (in English) -Communication with sales, customers, and warehouse (orders outside of quotation conditions, complaints, emergencies, etc.), inventory confirmation -Issuance of debit/credit *All clients are Japanese companies. ■ Complaint handling ・Checking for non-delivery of goods, arranging replacement shipments for damaged goods, etc. ・Inputting information into the company's system (in English) ・Correspondence with overseas factories ■ End-of-month processing (digital issuance of invoices, end-of-month inventory check) ■ Import work (document verification, correspondence with overseas factories, requests to customs brokers, import and delivery schedule adjustments, etc.) ■ Ancillary work to the above (support for managing SAP master data, electronic filing, data analysis, list creation, etc.) *Overtime is available as needed (approximately 0-10 hours/month) [Desired personality] (1) Passionate about wanting to work and learn, and respectful of teamwork (2) Accuracy and speed (able to handle large orders, multitasking) (3) Someone who can act proactively (problem-solving ability) [Recruitment background] To fill vacancies [Organizational structure] ・Number of employees: 14 ・Customer service staff: 4 (all female) ・Age range: 30s to 50s |
