- Preparation of shipping documents and system entry

- Entry into company's own system and customer system (including B/L issuance, invoice processing, reservation work as necessary)

- Creation of estimates based on appropriate cost calculation

- Service response regardless of transportation mode or business scope

- Booking of appropriate vessels or flights according to customer goals and requests

- Participation in customer meetings and pre-shipment meetings (as necessary)

- Attendance and reporting on loading/unloading at ports and pick-up/delivery sites (as necessary)

- Handling spot cases and business requests from internal and external customers and overseas bases/agencies
