・Developing new job openings and in-depth sales to existing clients
・Matching and proposing jobseekers (selecting and introducing the best candidates to companies)
・Counseling for jobseekers (appropriate proposals based on skills and career aspirations)
・Adjusting interview dates, following up on the recruitment process, and supporting after joining the company
・Support for creating resumes and job history documents and preparing for interviews
・Collaborating with related partners such as registered support organizations and sending organizations

Working Hours 9:00-18:00 (60 minutes) *Overtime is approximately 10 hours per month.

Requirements		 (Required conditions)

- Experience in recruiting

- Native level Japanese language ability (regardless of nationality)

(Preferred conditions)

- Experience in recruiting foreign nationals with specific skills and highly skilled foreign personnel

- Experience in recruiting nursing care facilities, accommodation facilities, and restaurants

- Proficient in languages (English, Vietnamese, Burmese)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 6000K   
Other Salary
Description		 Monthly salary: 230,000 to 400,000 yen
*Fixed overtime allowance is for 20 hours per month.

Overtime allowance for excess overtime work will be paid additionally.
Holidays Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)
Vacation: Paid vacation (10 days in the first year), summer vacation (August 13th to August 15th), New Year's holiday (December 30th to January 3rd)
