We’re currently hiring a Japanese-English Interpreter to join either our Development Department or Overseas Business Promotion Department. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Consecutive interpretation during video conferences with overseas partners (Malta, Ukraine, EU, etc.) ・Interpretation during international business trips (meetings, expos, etc.) ・Translation of contracts, emails, proposals, and related documents (EN⇄JP) ・Research on overseas markets, regulations, and industry news ・Support for department management (planning, contracts, scheduling) 【What to Expect】 ・Daily interpreting in meetings with international teams ・Opportunity to guide discussions by summarizing and bridging cultural context ・Potential business trips to Europe (UK, Spain, Malta) up to twice a year |

[Required Qualifications] ・Japanese: Fluent to native level ・English: Business level or higher ・Ability to travel overseas [Preferred Qualifications] ・Experience in interpretation and translation ・Experience in secretarial work ・Experience in game-related interpretation and translation is a plus ・Passion for games or experience working in the gaming industry [Ideal Candidate] ・Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with internal and external teams ・Entrepreneurial mindset, excited about company growth and change ・Flexible and adaptable to working with international teams ・Experience interpreting in B2B meetings and with multiple participants is highly valued. |
