[Job Description] Our recruitment team will be in charge of consulting for companies and coordinating human resources. (China, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Mongolia, etc.) - Finding companies that want to employ foreign personnel, understanding their needs, and introducing suitable personnel from registered personnel - Support and consulting for utilizing and retaining foreign personnel - Public relations activities on SNS, negotiating and meeting with partner companies and educational institutions, etc. First, work with senior employees and gradually learn the work flow, about our company, the characteristics of our personnel, and our customers. Depending on your wishes and experience, you will be involved in proposing and selling our own products (BI tools, student management support systems, etc.) - Planning and managing exhibitions, and proposing engineering services for server/network/web application/system development. [Systems for schools] We manufacture, sell, and support our products with the philosophy of "becoming a bridge that connects schools and students to companies and the local community." This system supports and centralizes the management of international students (highly skilled foreign talent) from their entry into Japan and enrollment in school to employment in a company. It is introduced to Japanese language schools, vocational schools, and universities because it has simple Excel®-like operation and extensive support to streamline school operations (school digital transformation). We also propose to local governments that we can help resolve the labor shortage, which is a social issue, by introducing international students (highly skilled foreign talent) to companies that are struggling with a shortage of human resources.
