| Job Description |
You will be responsible for the following tasks related to launching an event staffing business: - Establishing an operational structure for the staffing business and project management - Recruiting, training, and evaluating staffing staff - Sales and proposals to organizers of international exhibitions and sporting events - Staffing, schedule management, and operational support at the event site - Licensing and compliance procedures to comply with labor laws - Other general tasks necessary for the success of the business |
| Company Info | Our company supports, plans, designs, produces, operates and maintains events held around the world, such as international exhibitions, sporting events (Olympics, World Cup, e-sports, etc.), and world expositions. In order to increase compatibility with our existing business, we will launch a new business, the "Event Staffing Business." We are looking for staff to build the foundation and expand the business. |
| Working Hours | 9:00-18:00 (60 minutes) *Overtime is approximately 10 hours per month. |
| Job Requirements |
(Required conditions) - Experience in temporary staffing - Native level Japanese language skills (regardless of nationality) (Preferred conditions) - Work experience in the event industry - Experience in starting a temporary staffing business - Team management or project leadership experience - Experience in temporary staffing foreign personnel - Language skills |
