Job Description Responsibilities

Review seller, business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.

Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report.

Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.

Collaborate with other functions of E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal

Requirements		 ualifications

Bachelor’s degree
1~3 years work experience in content moderation / Fresh Graduates are welcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese & English
Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity
Flexible for shifting schedule and changes along with it

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical and research skills
Experience in E-Commerce Buyer and Seller Services is a plus
Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.
English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
Japanese Level Native Level
Salary MYR - Malaysian Ringgit MYR 98K - MYR 118K   
（Monthly Salary Range: MYR - Malaysian Ringgit MYR 8167 - MYR 9833 *Divided into12month ）
