Position Summary The Online Chat Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to advertisers worldwide through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone calls. Duties and Responsibilities Effectively manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls. Route customer inquiries to appropriate support channels as needed. Handle and resolve customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Adhere strictly to established procedures, including call flows, work processes, data entry, and complaint management guidelines. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs). Deliver outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a strong customer-centric approach. Maintain effective and professional communication with customers at all times. Possess exceptional fluency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking). |
