We are looking for Japanese speaking Host/ess to join Queen Elizabeth for her 2024 deployment in Japan. This will be on a flexible based contract.
■Key Responsibilities of a Japanese International Host/ess:
Managing and hosting events on board to our international guests
Written and verbal translation of Menus, daily programmes and announcements
Working with all departments, including the medical department to translate medical information
Develop and maintain professional relationships with guests
Escort International guests on tours and provide translation.

・Demonstrated experience in a fast paced customer facing role
・Previous host/ess experience is desirable
・Previous event planning experience is desirable
・Good command of written and spoken English
・Translating medical information between English & Japanese
・Presenting or hosting in both English & Japanese
・Translating documents between English & Japanese
Crew are recommended to be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations prior to joining a ship, if available.
