[Job Summary] As the person in charge of overseas promotion for a VTuber group with fans all over the world, you will be mainly responsible for planning and managing social media promotion strategies. Currently, we are promoting using multiple social media platforms, and we will be responsible for planning and executing strategies that suit each platform, as well as planning and directing creative content such as video content for social media posts. *SNS used: Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit [Specific Job Contents] ■Planning overseas social media strategies and general operations ■Disseminating information to overseas audiences on social media (in English) ■Planning and directing creative content for social media posts ■Analyzing and researching social media data ■Public relations activities when exhibiting at overseas events ■Planning strategies to improve engagement with overseas communities and general operations |

Job Requirements |

(Those who have experience communicating in Japanese in the business world) ■Practical experience in SNS promotion outside of Japan (regardless of industry) ■Promotion experience to Europe and the US ■Practical use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ■Able to commute to an office in Tokyo *This position is currently a hybrid work style of working from home/in the office. [Welcome skills/experience] ■Sensitive to new trends ■Good at composing sentences ■Practical experience in public relations and promotion at overseas companies and in the field ■Work experience in the entertainment industry ■Knowledge and interest in the content of virtual YouTubers ■Community management on SNS ■Experience in conducting SNS campaigns for the whole world |

[Salary] Expected annual salary: 5 million to 9 million yen *Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours.
