Job Requirements	[Required skills/experience] ■English: Business level *For foreign nationals, Japanese business level ■People management experience of over 30 people ■Experience managing multiple projects with PMs as an administrator rather than a player ■Entertainment content development/operation experience (we are particularly looking for operation experience) ■Vtuber business knowledge ■Those who can commute to an office in Tokyo [Welcome skills/experience] ■Knowledge about entertainment in Europe and America ■Understanding the user community of entertainment content in Europe and America ■People management experience of over 100 people
