■ Required skills Experience in designing characters and content in general for anime, games, etc. using the following tools ・Adobe Photoshop ・Adobe Illustrator ・CLIP STUDIO PAINT ■ Welcome skills ・Production knowledge required to turn illustrations into Live2D ・Experience in design work in the VTuber industry ・Merchandise-related knowledge and experience (goods planning, manufacturing, distribution, sales management, advertising, income and expenditure management, etc.) ・Experience in managing a design team's schedule ■ Personal profile ・Someone who has the mindset to respond flexibly to project requests ・Someone who can communicate smoothly with anyone, both inside and outside the company |
