A foreign automotive parts manufacturing company based in Saitama is looking for a junior IT help desk support candidate. As an L1 IT Help desk support, you will be responsible for IT troubleshooting and PC kitting for internal team. Description * Mainly handle PC kitting and PC support as an internal IT help desk support. * Troubleshoot L1 support to internal team and communicate with other team members in Japanese.
