■ Tokyo metropolitan area (including 30,000 yen local allowance) Graduated from graduate school: Monthly salary of 239,715 yen University graduate: monthly salary of 234,875 yen Junior college/professional/technical college graduate: monthly salary of 218,235 yen *The basic salary will be set based on the highest educational background for graduates. *Fixed overtime fee/month: 23,715 yen/15 hours Fixed overtime pay will be paid even if there is no overtime pay, and will be paid separately if it exceeds. * From the second year onwards, the annual salary system will be half-yearly. The annual salary varies depending on the mission and performance. Salary includes up to 40 hours of overtime per month.
