In order to operate and provide stable services with fewer operations, our client is actively working on new technologies as well as automation. This position requires you to be proactive about improving the operations of the services that you are responsible for, and that you are able to learn the skills necessary for those improvements on your own and utilize them in your work. Description * Improving system reliability, performance, and scalability (refactoring, tuning of software used, etc.) * Observability improvements * Version up of each software and resolution of security issues Profile * Experience in developing and operating software using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, etc. * Experience in implementing Test Code (RSpec, Minitest, etc.) * Experience using RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, etc.) * Development experience with Container (Docker, etc.) * Communication skills * Linux development experience * Source code management experience with Git Job Offer * Top tier E-commerce and IT service company in Japan * Global team/work environment * English speaking only position * Long-term renewable contract, potential to become a permanent employee in the future * Competitive salary: ~9M negotiable To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
