Job Description	Planning and conducting design research and usability testing Collaboration with Company, client SMEs, and offshore design and development teams. Participation in user research, including stakeholder interviews. Support design thinking workshops and prototyping. Mentoring and supporting less experienced UI/UX designers on projects and reviewing deliverables.

Job Requirements	5 years or more of website (PC / smartphone) design work experience. Design system creation experience. Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XD operation. Verbalization of design intent. Japanese native level and business English communication level are required Operation of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XD
English Level	Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level	Native Level
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 6000K
