| Job Description |
• Experience: 12-15 Years • Certification: Any Salesforce Certification like PD1, Admin, Sales Cloud, etc. • Support the clients on Salesforce CRM and Salesforce applications • Work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce CRM issues • Configure Salesforce CRM according to the client requirements • Hands on experience on Apex , Visualforce and Triggers. • Optimize the application (Workflow/Configuration related optimization) • Responsible to develop custom Salesforce components using Force.com customization and configuration as and when required • Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Force.com • Data Migration using Data Loader • Be responsible for post-production end-user support • Create Knowledge objects and user documentations • Understand Data and integration with different systems • Application status reporting to clients • Good understanding of support processes • Adhare to SLA's and KPI's • Must have experiance of leading 8+ team (for Lead) |
