■Job details 1. Responsible for direct import shipping (Japan to China), handling pick-up within Japan, logistics operations at the center warehouse and international trunk section, and management of logistics suppliers. 2, Manage the internal operation team and be responsible for supplier procurement, operational management and process optimization, ensuring that the logistics efficiency of overseas business meets the sales strategy and demands of cross-border e-commerce. 3. Expand customers and business opportunities in Japan, expand the scale of operations in Japan, and maintain the experience and stickiness of existing customers. |

| Job Requirements |
■Required conditions 1. Preference will be given to applicants with 5 or more years of experience in operating Japanese warehouses, courier services, or freight transportation trunk lines. Knowledge of the cross-border e-commerce industry is preferred. 2. Must be able to read and write Japanese and Chinese fluently, and be able to conduct business activities such as business negotiations and exchanging letters using Japanese and Chinese. 3. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the operating procedures and related laws and regulations of import/export trade operations. A certain level of knowledge regarding foreign trade procedures is required. 4. Those with strong teamwork skills, good business sense, and strong analytical, judgment, and negotiation skills are desired. |
