Job Description Overall management and PMO duties for each sub-project in a project to introduce the multi-mesh (MH) method in building network services for general customers.
Implement waterfall-type project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects.
Generating regular project status reports, and providing insights to the stakeholders.
Work closely with the development teams and customers to ensure smooth project progress.

Requirements		 10+ years of IT Project management experience.
5 years or more of experience in working as Project manager in Large size (100 man months or over) or medium size (50 man months or over) projects.
Good Leadership qualities
Project management and execution based on PMBOK understanding and processes.
Japanese Language – Fluent in writing, reading and speaking. (JLPT level N1 or equivalent) 2
English language - Writing and Reading. Behavioral competencies:
Strong Skill to communicate effectively both at local stakeholders, multiple partners involved in upstream and downstream systems and all stakeholders.
Good decision making based on analysis, experience and considering the impact on the project outcomes. Energetic and willing to learn.
Good team player.
Japanese Languages: Japanese Native / N1 level and English Business level Required
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
