Job Description	We can handle a wide range of tasks, including obtaining and managing character licenses for anime and games, as well as sales and management of licenses. [Specific work content] ・ Character license proposals, acquisition negotiations, contracts, and associated management work ・License-out business managed and owned by our company (license sales, selection and examination practices, management work) ・License sales, negotiation and management ・Collaboration with internal and external organizations in new overseas license sales [Flow after joining the company] First of all, I will teach you from scratch through OJT while supporting your seniors. Other Salary Description	Monthly salary: 300,000~500,000 ・Bonus: Yes ・Salary increase: Yes ・Transportation expenses: Yes (up to 45,000 yen per month will be paid) ・Complete social insurance
