Job Description |
<General arrangements for domestic meetings/events for clients (foreign financial companies)> - Procurement, selection, and confirmation of venues, hotels, and other facilities - Presentation support - Confirmation of program requirements, budget, etc. - Negotiation and confirmation of major suppliers such as venues, DMCs, catering, restaurants, AV suppliers, and transportation (including on-site inspections) - Timeline/deadline management for multiple programs - Meetings with clients to manage venues, budgets, and final program adjustments - Invoices, deposits, and payment status confirmation * Dealing with emails and documents in English * Work under the direction of the leader. |
