| Job Requirements |
【Prerequisite】 Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry required 1. (Regular admission) Graduate school graduate or above, related academic background such as mechanical design/manufacturing and its automation, mechanical engineering, automation, electrical automation, electromechanical integration, etc. 2. More than 10 years of experience in designing and developing non-standard automation equipment, semiconductor equipment development experience (fixed crystal machine, chip pasting machine, packaging, AOI inspection, classification, testing, etc.) 3. Familiar with mechanical design and electrical control principles, proficient in the design and development of non-standard automated individual machines and fully automated production lines, and capable of final confirmation and confirmation. 4. Familiar with the design of non-standard automation equipment and the development control flow of new products, with strong project management skills, and with extensive experience in leading large-scale projects. 5.Familiar with the installation and adjustment of non-standard automation equipment, has strong analysis and processing ability for abnormalities during the assembly process, and has good practical ability 6. Have a broad perspective based on a bird's-eye view, and the ability to foresight and predict related industries. |
