Job Description You will be at the center of our hotel business, thinking and acting independently to carry out the following duties.

-Organizational management
You will be primarily responsible for management and reporting tasks to improve the hotel's income and expenditures and operational quality.

You will be responsible for everything from hypothesis consideration to planning based on data and figures, with the goal of "maximizing sales, improving operational efficiency, saving costs, creating added value, and improving customer satisfaction."

You will also be responsible for directing full-time and part-time employees and checking their performance to ensure that hotel operations run smoothly.
Company Info We are a young international hotel venture company that uses IT to plan, develop, and operate accommodation facilities. We currently operate 175 rooms in five buildings in Osaka City. After the "accommodation winter" caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, our sales and operational capabilities have improved, and we are accelerating our growth by opening two facilities in 2023. In the future, we will actively increase the number of facilities we operate and are looking for people who can play an active role as core members to further strengthen and expand our organization.

Requirements		 ・Person with business-level or higher Japanese and English proficiency.

・Person with management experience in the hospitality industry or similar business.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 6000K - JPY 10000K   
Holidays Two days off per week, shift system, summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
