Job Requirements	【Prerequisite】・More than 1 year of experience in research and development of all-solid-state batteries ・More than 3 years of experience in developing and manufacturing lithium-ion batteries ・Practical and advanced expertise in electrode/cell design and development, evaluation analysis, manufacturing process, or solid electrolytes [Welcome conditions] ・Series of experience from advanced development to mass production of lithium-ion batteries ・Familiarity and proficiency with all or individual processes related to electrode/cell manufacturing ・Have the ability to logically analyze technical issues and be able to collaborate with team members to resolve issues.

Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 9000K
Holidays	・Complete 2-day work week (holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) - 10 days of annual paid leave (minimum number of days is the number of days granted after 6 months have passed since joining the company) ・Number of holidays per year: 126 days ・Five-day work week (Saturday and Sunday), holidays, golden week vacation, summer vacation, year-end and new year vacation, congratulations and condolences vacation
