Job Description	Conduct effective financial tracking and timely project data updates into appropriate databases. Participate and deliver tasks related to annual business planning process in close partnership with MDU-J & MA PM (and GPORWE International project managers when needed). Job Requirements	B.S. degree in a pharmaceutical, scientific or medical field English and Japanese fluency; good oral and written skills required (Versant≥43 or TOEIC >700) Ability to facilitate and communicate in English (conference, e-mail, etc.) Strong interpersonal, team working, and leadership skills. Able to adapt to diverse interpersonal styles. Strong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy in tracking and reporting data Good problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and recognize problems, diagnose root causes and take corrective action to prevent recurrence Strong oral and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly, timely, and succinctly. Strong self-management and organizational skills; able to manage workload and adjust personal priorities as needed. Flexibility to adjust quickly and effectively to frequent change and altered priorities. Strong computer skills including Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint. Strong knowledge of Global and local regulatory requirements and guidelines (e.g. Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Law, GPSP, GVP, Fair Competition Code, Promotion code, Ethical Guidance, etc.) Basic knowledge for Observational Studies, Law of Clinical Research, Pricing rules and Health Technology Assessment
