Job Description Vigilant to telecom projects under his span for any challenges & remove impediment 
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. 
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. 
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. 
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Timesheet tracking, customer approval and invoicing 
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices 
Team management and own all deliverables of team members 
Work as Scrum Master if the need arises. 
Aware of Agile methodology and various processes in Agile. 
Lead all customer discussions in Japanese and work as interface between clients in Japan and team in India and Japan.

Requirements		 At least Bachelor’s degree 
Experience in Telecom (4G, 5G) in design, deployment & testing area. 
Experience in handling development, testing and maintenance projects. 
Experience in management, operations, and leadership. 
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management. 
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. 
Excellent communication skills. 
Solid understanding of financial management.
