Job Description	[Job summary] You will be responsible for the following tasks, focusing on products designed and manufactured at our German headquarters. [Job details] Main work content ・Regular information sharing regarding quality with the German head office ・Defect-related response: Cause investigation, countermeasure consideration/planning, verification, customer support Sometimes this is done in cooperation with the German head office. Mainly electronic circuit products, but also mechanical parts such as connectors. ・Internal adjustment based on strategy and schedule follow-up ・Regulation-related response ・Corresponding to ISO9001 internal audit [Charm of the job] ・This is a quality control department, but this is a job where you can utilize your knowledge of electricity through verification, etc. ・Some work may be cross-departmental. If you have management experience, you will be able to utilize it. Even if you have no management experience, you can learn while working with us. ・We regularly share information with the German head office. You can make use of the English you have learned.

Job Requirements	[Required] ・Major in technology (information, electricity, physics, mechanics) ・Knowledge and experience in electrical systems (those with a background in electrical circuit design and development based on customer requirements) ・Experience in creating FMEA and FTA, circuit failure analysis, cause investigation, problem countermeasures ・Customer support experience for B to B products (particularly those with experience in auto parts or measuring instrument related companies and experience in explaining to customers) ・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is recommended) [Optional] ・Project management experience (must be able to make their own schedule, implement necessary tasks, and complete work) ・Experience in quality control and quality assurance ・Experience involved in automobile development (electrical or mechanical related), experience at a measuring instrument-related company ・Experience in complying with ISO9001, experience in complying with laws and regulations regarding electrical products ・Experience using dSPACE products
