As an in-house SE, you will be mainly in charge of proposing and designing system and application development for the entire group. We will create systems and applications for customers and employees within the group from scratch in cooperation with each department and store. It is a rewarding environment where you can hear the voices of employees and customers who are users.

・System development concepts and proposals based on business strategies and issues
・Requirement definition to basic design, and selection of hardware and services to be used
・A series of operations from selection of development destination to acceptance inspection of delivered products

Programming after detailed design is basically outsourced. In addition to domestic outsourcing companies, we will utilize crowdsourcing. In addition, we have an offshore department within the group in Vietnam, which can be used as a development contractor that is familiar with the group system.
