Job Description	Join our global client organization as the Senior Manager or Associate Director of Biostatistics, where you'll leverage your statistical expertise to lead and support clinical trials in Japan. Utilize your fluency in Japanese and business-level English to collaborate with both local and overseas teams, contributing to the advancement of global clinical research. Description * Our client's organization in Japan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Biostatistics to join our dynamic team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing statistical expertise and guidance for clinical trials conducted in Japan, working closely with both local and overseas counterparts. Responsibilities: * Provide statistical leadership and support for clinical trials conducted in Japan. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical analysis plans. * Perform statistical analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Contribute to the development and review of study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports. * Mentor and train junior biostatisticians. Profile * Requirements: * Master's or Ph.D. degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in biostatistics within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry. * Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (business level) to communicate effectively with local and overseas teams. * Strong knowledge of statistical methods and techniques used in clinical trials. * Experience with statistical software such as SAS or R. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
