Job Description 【Recruitment Background】
At the SMB Development Division of Money Forward Business Company, we manage core products that support Money Forward’s accounting domain, including Money Forward Cloud Accounting, Cloud Tax Return, and Cloud Invoice.
While these products are experiencing rapid growth, this expansion has also revealed several challenges. One such challenge is building development processes that can scale with the organization. To address this, the Process & Innovation Department was newly established in July 2023.
The mission of this department is to create an environment where each team and division can maximize their capabilities, support organizational growth, and promote self-organization. By doing so, we aim to ensure the continuous and stable delivery of value to our users.
As the engineering organization becomes increasingly global, the SMB Development Division includes many global members, including those from overseas offices. Consequently, members of the Process & Innovation Department are expected to work closely with global teams and play a key role in the future mission of the organization.
To realize this vision, the company is looking for new teammates to join the Process & Innovation Department.

【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for optimizing business processes, strengthening inter-team collaboration and project management, with the goal of enabling teams and departments to self-organize and deliver continuous and stable value to users.

Requirements
【Required】
*Meet all of the following
・2+ years of experience in project management and process improvement in the software domain in a global team
・2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a global team
・Experience in leading and implementing self-organization and self-management of development organizations and teams
・Experience in our organization's technology stack is not required, and coding skills are not necessary.
・Japanese: Business level
・English: Business level
*For those who do not have a TOEIC score of 700 or above, you will be required to take a test designated by our company during the selection process. (In principle, after the first interview)
*Examples: EIKEN Level 1, EIKEN Level 2 (EIKEN CSE score 1950 or above), TOEFL iBT 60 or above, IELTS 5.0 or above, Cambridge English Proficiency Test FCE, etc.

【Preferred】
・Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) or similar certification
・Experience in software development from technology selection to service maintenance and operation
・Skills in clearly communicating issues and solutions to stakeholders using verbal, written, graphical, data, diagrams, etc.
・Skill in communicating on an equal footing with members with different expertise, such as engineers, QA engineers, designers, product managers, etc.
・Experience in project management involving multiple teams
・Experience in using practices such as continuous integration, delivery, and deployment/test-driven development to maintain and improve service quality
