Job Description 【Recruitment Background】
The company uses a unit-based development system based on the Spotify model, with units comprising members from across all professions working autonomously while considering overall optimisation.

In addition, as the number of people in the development department increases and the number of excellent ICs (Individual Contributors) grows, the role of returning their strengths to business value with maximum efficiency through clarification of team recruitment requirements, support for growth based on an understanding of members' career aspirations, and management of development processes and projects. The role requires a multi-person division of responsibility.

Against this background, the company is looking for an Engineering Manager who will be responsible for maximising the business value that the team generates from a People / Process / Project Management perspective.

【Responsibilities】
Maximising the business value generated by the unit through People / Process / Project Management in one or more engineering teams.
Supporting the development of members by means of goal setting and evaluation, mentoring and coaching.
Organisational management and improvement recommendations for the engineering organisation as a whole.
Company Info The company has raised approximately 1.4 billion yen in equity from Globis Capital Partners, the University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners, and Global Brain, and 1.6 billion yen in debt (including lines of credit) from financial institutions, bringing its cumulative total raised to approximately 3 billion yen.

Experience in organisational design and management of an engineering organisation
Experience of managing technical PR/recruitment activities in the engineering domain
