Overview The company is looking for a data scientist and project manager who can bring comprehensive data-driven support from the problem definition part to on-site implementation, with the aim of bringing change to the business models of client companies through data x AI. The AI Development Team provides consulting services related to data utilization, focusing on mid-size AI model and system development projects, and provides work in a client-aligned manner as on-the-job training in order to bring these tasks in-house at the client company. In this position, you will be responsible for client interviews, proposals, approach design, development, and operations. You will be responsible for identifying critical phases in the various phases of multiple projects and supporting team members in their pursuit of maximizing client value. As the head of the team, you will lead consultants and data scientists, manage multiple projects across the board, and work with the management team to grow the AI development business. Responsibilities Quality control of projects, including project management for each project Organizing and consulting projects on the current status and ideal (what it should be) of the system Requirement definition project for technical verification (PoC) and production implementation for AI implementation PoC, MVP development, and production development projects On-the-job training projects to support in-house production Client communication Study and proposal of problem-solving approaches Proposals and sales activities related to project continuation Data scientist team management The company's culture ■Focus on Results Successful products will remain in people's memories for a long time and continue to be useful.
