Job Description You will be responsible for and lead the front-end development of a "robo-advisor" that automates asset management.

・Revamping the front-end architecture of existing service sites using Next.js and other technologies
・Performance tuning to improve display speed
・Website markup, coding, and web production efficiency improvement

Working with PMs, backend engineers, and others, you will be responsible for developing new front-end functions for WealthNavi's web application, as well as modifying and refactoring existing systems.
In particular, you will be tasked with returning technical debt that has arisen as the product grows, as well as improving the architecture to increase development speed in the future.
As an example of the most recent issue, RoboAdvisor is developed based on Java/Spring Boot, and they are working on the front-end part using Next.js, but it is still a part of the project. (The actual project you will be involved in will be decided based on your preferences and desires.)

However, the potential market for robo-advisors over the next 10 years is expected to grow to tens of trillions of yen, and the company's challenge has just begun.

In January 2024, a new NISA system was launched. While the previous NISA was a time-limited measure, the new NISA is a highly flexible and permanent system that allows working-age individuals to build assets for retirement at their own pace through long-term, savings, and diversified asset management. In January 2024, the company launched the new "Omakase NISA" in full compliance with the new NISA system.

・3+ years of experience in development as a front-end engineer using HTML/CSS (Sass)/JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.
