Job Description This position involves managing relationships with channel partners and driving sales within Audio/Video market. The Channel Account Manager is pivotal in achieving our sales targets and enhancing our market presence in Japan market.


Description

* Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
* Generate new business for the organization's products/services through channel partners.
* Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
* Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
* Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
* Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
* Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
* Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.


Profile

A successful Channel Account Manager should have:

* A degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
* Proven experience as a Channel Account Manager or similar sales role.
* Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
* An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
