Job Description Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and enhance our Technology department in the Professional Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a knack for technology, and the ability to drive team success.


Description

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
* Maintain relationships with key clients in the professional services industry
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth
* Analyze sales data and report on sales activities and performance
* Collaborate with the Technology department to develop and improve service offerings
* Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction

Profile

A successful Sales Manager should have:

* Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Professional Services sector
* Strong knowledge of technology and its applications in business
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
* Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
