Job Description We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Technology & Telecoms industry. This role is ideal for a candidate who is adept at creating and enhancing relationships with channel partners and can effectively strategize to meet sales targets.


Description

* Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Strategize and execute sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Regularly review sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Coordinate with marketing team to develop effective channel marketing strategies.
* Handle channel conflicts in a manner that ensures ongoing cooperation.
* Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the senior management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales department.
* Train and support channel partners to drive sales growth.


Profile

A successful Channel Sales Manager should have:

* A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
