As a member of the HR department of one of the world's leading online gaming companies, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and has a market capitalization of approximately 1.7 trillion yen (as of February 2025), you will be involved in a variety of tasks, mainly labor. You will start out in labor operations such as payroll calculations and social insurance, and employee data creation at our Japanese subsidiary, and depending on your track record and aspirations, in the future you will be able to gain a wide range of experience in a variety of roles, such as proposing, revising, and implementing HR policies and evaluation-related work. Specifically, you will be involved in the following tasks. ・Payroll calculation, social insurance procedures ・Time attendance management ・Development and operation of internal regulations and work rules (HR-related) ・Development and operation of the company's overall employment management and labor management system ・Personnel counting, legal procedures (accrual basis) ・Proposal, revision, and operation of various HR policies (Introduction, review, and design of Nexon's unique systems such as HR systems, work systems, maternity leave-related systems, and award systems, and engagement improvement measures) ・Other HR-related practices ≪About the team≫ Our team is responsible for a wide range of HR tasks other than recruitment and training, from payroll calculations to HR systems and evaluations, at the Japanese corporation, which is the group headquarters with approximately 260 employees. Job Requirements |
