* Develop and execute long-term brand-building strategies aligned with global directions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing plans.

Profile

* 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Proven track record in developing and executing luxury brand strategies.
* Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and performance.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
* Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English are essential.
