Job Description This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Marketing Head to lead and manage the marketing and agency department within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth and achieving key objectives in Tokyo.


Description

* Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
* Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing and agency team.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand consumer trends.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and marketing performance metrics.

Profile

A successful Marketing Head should have:
