This role drives customer engagement by leading account-based and field marketing initiatives tailored to their business needs. It involves building integrated marketing plans, collaborating with global and local teams, and delivering measurable impact through customised campaigns and value propositions. Description * Maintain and grow engagement with major automotive accounts. * Execute ABM and field marketing initiatives (e.g., AI solution promotion, content development). * Act as the client-facing ABM lead - direct communication with customers. * Collaborate closely with engineers to localise and develop content. Profile * A successful Marketing Specialist should have: * Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English * 6 years of experience in B2B marketing-ideally within international software or tech companies. * Experience in Key Account Marketing is a plus; exposure to technical/product marketing is also beneficial.
