Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong data analysis and communication skills to support software development and process improvement initiatives. This role offers a chance to work on cross-functional projects in a global environment.


Description

* Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
* Develop and optimize business process models.
* Conduct data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Support system implementation and process automation projects.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning.


Profile

* Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Familiarity with SDLC and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or in a team.
